By accessing Draw A Planet, you agree to comply with our terms of use. This platform is a creative and community space.

2. Planet Ownership

Users retain the intellectual rights to their drawings but grant Draw A Planet a perpetual license to display and distribute such creations within the shared galaxy.

3. Prohibited Content Policy

Names or drawings containing hate, violence, pornography, or harassment are not allowed. Planets violating these rules will be removed without notice, with no right to a refund for Premium users.

4. Premium Accounts

Premium payment is a one-time fee and grants lifetime benefits linked to your Google account. It is non-transferable.

5. Bot Protection & CAPTCHA

To protect the integrity of the Draw A Planet galaxy, we use Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection at the moment of planet creation. This service processes your interaction data according to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. By publishing a planet, you accept this verification process.
